Specialist Support Coordination- Level 3

Offers a higher level of Support Coordination including managing complex cases such as health, education or housing
Your Specialist Support Coordinator has a specified and relevant qualification to assist you in navigating the NDIS system

Offering support during NDIS plan reviews
Referrals to other services if required
